MCC Project Preparations Begun: First MCA-Mongolia Request for Proposal Released

The Millennium Challenge Account – Mongolia, funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation under its Compact with the Government of Mongolia, released its first of several Request for Proposals (RFP) this week.  MCA-Mongolia’s first invitation for proposals is for Consultancy Services for the Rail Project Manager as part of the Railway Modernization Project.  A Consultant will be selected under the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method, the evaluation procedure which is described in the RFP in accordance with “MCC Program Procurement Guidelines,” which are provided on the MCC website www.mcc.gov.  Further details are available for this RFP at www.mca.mn.
