Ambassador Minton visits the Spring Trade Fair

Ambassador Mark C. Minton attended the opening of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Products, Service, and Technology 2008 international trade fair June 6 at the Misheel Center in Ulaanbaatar. He visited the U.S. Embassy Commercial's Sections booth, the first ever at a Mongolian trade fair. He examined product catalogues provided by U.S. firms and discussed trade and investment opportunities with the Embassy's Commercial and Economic staff. Ambassador Minton toured the other booths and said he was pleased that the U.S. was represented at this fair and that he looks forward to even greater U.S. corporate and Embassy participation at the autumn trade fair.
