The Millennium Challenge Compact Implementation Workshop was held 26-31 May, 2008 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  Sector specialists from MCC in Washington DC came to Mongolia and worked with their counterparts in MCA Mongolia on MCC guidelines and procedures for Compact implementation. At the end of the week on May 30, 2008, the President of Mongolia, Nambaryn Enkhbayar, and the U.S Ambassador, Mark Minton, attended the inaugural ceremony of MCA Mongolia where President Enkhbayar provided to the MCA CEO, Mr. Bayarbaatar, a signed copy of the Compact and wished much success for the Compact’s implementation.
